So, after my class Wednesday, the student who gave me the four “CBD Patches” corrected me and said that I had misunderstood and that they were, indeed THC Patches. Hmmmm….. That makes me need to stop and think about it before using the patches. I had a gathering with several neighbors last night and asked the question of them. Should that change my instinct to try to help my shoulder pain and sleep patterns by using the patches? Does the mild “high” that might come from the THC deflect my intentions? One person said, “Hey, its legal in this state, why not?” Another said, “You take Advil PM and/or Extra-Strength Tylenol, so what’s the difference other than historic and outdated convention?” Yet another said, “Doesn’t that spoil your unblemished record of not taking any drugs in your lifetime?” None of that completely answers my quandary. I will talk to my guru on such things…my massage therapist, Andrew….and ponder the issue before putting one of those patches on my body. I will report back where this all goes……

Naproxen is the main ingredient in Aleve. Somehow, plain Naproxen pills are more effective
for me. If you are serious about pain releif get the opinion of a Dr you trust
and reserve the school yard pills for home entertainment (if that’s your pleasure).
MDs aren’t infallible. On average, though, they’re better than grad students about
stuff you smoke, sniff, swallow or inject.
Agreed
